In The Community
We have a deep history here in central Ohio and Upper Arlington.
Not only do we operate our practice here, but we live here, we raise our families here, and our patients are our neighbors. That's why we proudly support community organizations who demonstrate impact in one or more of these core areas.
At Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital, we love animals. That’s why we do our best to go above and beyond simply practicing veterinary medicine by supporting efforts to rescue, foster and adopt animals that need care the most. Frequently, our clinic will foster strays, utilize our network to alert the community about lost pets, and support rescue groups like the Ohio English Setter Rescue, RescuedOhio or Canine Companions for Independence. We are passionate lovers of animals and work daily to make positive contributions to animal welfare in our community.
If you are interested in having Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital support your organization, then please send us an email here. We do our best to support as many organizations as we can, however, please understand that we cannot support all.
The doctors and staff of Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital not only reside locally, but proudly get involved in local organizations like the Tri-Village Chamber of Commerce, Tri-Village Rotary and the Upper Arlington Civic Association. We are proud to support community organizations in central Ohio which align with our mission and values.
As medical practitioners, we understand the importance of Education. That’s why it’s one of our core values and something we support in our community.
Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital is an approved Externship provider for students enrolled in The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine and Columbus State Vet Tech program. We provide mentorships to students interested in Veterinary Medicine and have a steady stream of interns that come through our doors to further their development.
We actively fund continuing education for our staff and educate children on the basics of animal safety.
